Love this product. My family has used it for a few months now and we have got free labs, free prescriptions and free PCP appts. Affordable for my family. We really have liked the app and AI part too.
Always quick and kind
Just called their number and the lady at the reception was very rude her name was jessica and she clearly sounded like she had an attitude as she was not patient with me at all and seemed like she was really rushing when talking to me as a potential patient. Was really interested in this clinic but Jessica had very rude customer service and ended the phone on me because she wasn't patient enough when i asked for her managers email.
OPTIMAL MD IS THE BEST!! Staff is wonderful!!!
