As a parent of two children with different therapy needs, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Optimal Therapy. My son with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) experiences inflammation and pain at times, and my other son has cerebral palsy and attends both occupational and physical therapy here. One of the things this place needs to work on is treating people like they matter. Twice this week my daughter with special needs is blown off & her apt is started late. The first time after 20 mins which is supposed to be 30 they try to put her out & I need to remind the teacher that we will indeed be staying in for the full 30 mins (mind you this has happen at least 2x previously).
