One of the things this place needs to work on is treating people like they matter. Twice this week my daughter with special needs is blown off & her apt is started late. The first time after 20 mins which is supposed to be 30 they try to put her out & I need to remind the teacher that we will indeed be staying in for the full 30 mins (mind you this has happen at least 2x previously).
