Wonderful experience at Optimal Therapy for my son and myself. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and positive. The massage therapist gave me many options to help strengthen my core for back pain. Optimal Therapy is absolutely our first choice! Highly recommend!!
After 6 weeks of knee therapy with Dr. Kent my pain level went from a 9 plus 100% of the time to a 1 - 3 95% of the time and I can now do day to day activities mostly pain fee. Prior I was in pain while sitting, standing and avoided walking as much as possible. After continuing round two of both knee and ankle therapy, I took my first and greatly anticipated walk on a near by trail. When finished I had no knee pain and am looking forward to many more walks. A great place to do physical therapy. They used a variety of different techniques and tools to help relieve my pain and strengthen the surrounding muscles. They were knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Thanks Brian and team!
