I had a great experience here! The front desk ladies Leticia and Katie were always friendly, welcoming, and super helpful with scheduling. My physical therapist Brooklyn was amazing — patient, knowledgeable, and really made sure I was improving each visit. The techs Aliyah and Carlos were also awesome and kept the sessions positive and comfortable. Such a supportive team all around. Highly recommend!

Today was supposed to be my first appointment, which was scheduled last week. I arrived on time and waited 25 minutes, only to be told that my therapist was running behind and would not be able to see me until 5:30 PM, even though my appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please value your patients’ time.
