I made the right decision choosing the Ann Optimal therapy location. The entire staff are amazing and friendly. On arrival for my therapy, I would always be greeted with a smile and a 'hi Oby' by Gabriella (the front desk). I came for my wrist OT not knowing what to expect, but once I met the staff I knew I am in safe hands . All thanks to my OTs; Matt( the man with the magic hands) and Ellise (the game changer). Best PT I’ve ever had. Rainier, the facility manager, is professional, kind, & caring. All PT’s & techs are great.
I had hand surgery on my dominant hand and wanted therapy to recover fully. Dr. Figgins and his team are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, kind, fun and they are genuinely interested in your well being and mobility. I highly recommend them.
My best review of Optimal Therapy is simply sharing my achievements after three months of therapy. When my cast first came off, I could not ball my right hand into a fist, and I could not straighten my hand flat. My hand was stuck in a C-shape, and it was very weak. I can now make a tight fist, four of my fingers have pre-injury range of motion, the fifth can open flat but cannot hyperextend, and my right hand is almost as strong as my left hand. Couldn’t be more happy with the team here. First, everyone is happy to be helping and genuine about it. Second, the OTs give in depth detail of what and why they are doing. I can only recommend them to anyone looking for help with their OT needs
