I just finished my last session of pt yesterday!!! I can’t begin to tell everyone how much I enjoyed the staff, the exercises they provided and the location. My first day there I could hardly walk, sit or stand for too long, because of back problems. Today I feel great, and moving fine. I highly recommend Optimal Therapy to anyone in need. Greg and Feliciano were great. Thank you so much!

I was referred there by my OBGYN for my back pain during pregnancy. I have been contacted by them and informed them that it is for my back and I need someone who is specialized/ experienced with pregnant ladies. I was surprised when I started my appointment that the PT had no idea that I was pregnant and also informed me that I need a Pelvic floor PT and they had no one specialized in that in the windmill facility.
