Prior to coming into Optimal Results, I had seen a PT that had told me my wrist pain was tendonitis, and to wear a brace for two weeks. I went to Optimal Results for a second opinion, and thank god I did. Morgan did a comprehensive exam and informed me that there were different contributing factors that were causing my pain, and so she helped strengthen/exercise different areas of my body to resolve the pain. The approach is very holistic, functional, and consistent across therapists - leading to more real change than I’ve experienced with any other physical therapy. I’ve worked with Keith, John and Morgan, and they’re all awesome!
Morgan really helped me with overcoming the mental blocks and fear I was experiencing with my pain. She gave me helpful exercises and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting everything I needed out of my time here.
Used several differ t machines , trampoline and blood flow restriction to achieve optimal results in short period if time
I had foot surgery in mid-November and have been coming here for PT for the past 2 months. I have been working with Morgan and she has been incredible to work with. I leave each appointment seeing immediate results with my foot, in addition to other key insights regarding exercise, form, mobility etc. I highly working with Morgan- 10/10!
