Morgan is great! Worked through my back/leg pain and met my running goals!
Had a lovely experience rehabbing some sports injuries with Morgan. I really appreciated her candidness when it came to my curiosity on things I’ve heard/read/seen online, holding me accountable for doing the exercises at home, and taking the extra step to learn more about my Diffuse idiopathic Skeletal hyperostosis, with my background as a hairstylist and dance instructor too!
Came in with shoulder and back pain, 6 weeks later leaving feeling much better, stronger and with skills to keep me stay like this. Morgan is absolutely awesome, but what I appreciate the most is that she will not let me wiggle out of responsibility to do what I have to do. Long story short - I sincerely recommend this PT studio to everyone.
Optimal Physical Therapy was a godsend. It helped me get on the right track, and it taught me so many things that I never knew about. It’s a place where your goals are attainable, even when you feel at your lowest. The staff are amazing, and really care about your personal journey! I would 110% recommend this location to anyone who wants to improve their daily lives.
