This place is full of knowledge and care, I started out treatment by sitting down with Keith and getting into the history of my pain, where it came from and what I experienced with it, what it was holding me back from doing and what I hoped to accomplish there. He's kind, caring, and understanding and he set me up with an exercise plan that was just for me, over a month we did all of the exercises together and worked up to the more intense ones. Morgan was very knowledgeable and patient. She helped me reduce the pain in my neck, shoulder and back. It was good experience.
Morgan is truly awesome to work with. She has challenged me during my time and I noticed rapid improvement on my range of motion. She holds me accountable to do my best and has fun doing it. Best in class!
I have many issues stemming from an attack I received at work in July 2018. I found Optimal Results a little over a year ago. I had shoulder surgery in January , I returned to optimal results in April. I’ve had numbness at the bottom of my left foot due to damage in my lumbar hip area. the exercises have helped me tremendously. I am so happy I came here. Morgan & Keith are phenomenal! They are both knowledgeable & beneficial. I came in with some upper back pain and ankle pain, and I am leaving with little to no pain. Consistency is key & I learned so many home stretches. I highly recommend this place for physical therapy🩵
