Morgan has been a life saver. I have never felt better. Keith has been so great, I feel like I am working out at home with a personal trainer. Everyone at Optimal has been awesome. I recommend this place to everyone. I had been stuck in a rut, unable to work out due to pain, for years. Morgan has taught me ways to exercise that cause very little pain or discomfort. Keith, Morgan, Johnathon, and everyone else there are so very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with on my journey to healing and feeling better! After 3 major back surgeries and numerous PT Programs, this one is by far the best one I have found!!!
