when I first came to Optimal Results I was convinced that my pain was permanent and I was injured beyond repair. I was even skeptical that I would improve with exercises alone. I was wrong. very quickly, working with Morgan reduced my pain and strengthened my body. she and Keith built up my exercise program gradually, and helped me to succeed with it at home. I was able to return to work far earlier than I expected, and I am now pain-free and in better shape than ever. I can’t thank them enough.

I am so grateful for the kind and understanding approach I received, which helped me take my exercises more seriously and stay consistent. Because of the guidance provided, I noticed significant improvements in my strength and performance during my workouts.
