I cannot say enough about how amazing Ricardo and his staff are! I had foot surgery and I was told I needed to start physical therapy to get the motion back. My coworker recommended Optimal to me and they got me in quick! I work in northwest OKC and live in Yukon and there are physical therapy places that are right down the street from both but I would STILL choose to go here even if it is out of the way! Lacy gives the best therapeutic massages! Great deep tissue that is hard to find around OKC.
Ricardo and staff are the best. It's like family there. I went in limping and didn't realize when the limp went away. I have been in Physical Therapy many times and was so skeptical and really didn't want to go but I was better in no time. Love them all and would refer the world to them.
