I’ve gone to physical therapy at other facilities, but the team at Optimal Rehab was better than any other one. Myra and Cameron did a wonderful job explaining the purpose of each exercise, and encouraged me to increase resistance levels, while monitoring levels of difficulty, and pain levels. Everyone on the staff is friendly and efficient. If I need physical therapy in the future, I would choose Optimal Rehab.

I absolutely love Optimal Rehab. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I have Myra as my physical therapist and she is the best. I’ve seen Brian and Lindsay in action and they’re great too but Myra is my favorite. Myra is patient, calm, knows her stuff. She cheers you on, challenges you but isn’t a drill Sargent or push you beyond what your body can do. I’m sad that I’m almost finished with the therapy but incredibly happy with my progress. Had the greatest experience with my 86 yr old grandma and her torn tendons on her shoulder. Other doctors advised surgery but Lindsey and the other physical therapists helped SOO much with her condition. A few months of PT and her shoulder improved drastically that she ended up declining surgery. So happy with the service there, great ambiance in the office, and professional staff. HIGHLY recommend

Araceli is the most professional and polite person to have ever have worked in The Health, Rehabilitation and Medical Field. She is by far and hands the down the very best at her position in The Entire Central Valley of California. This owner did a phenomenal job hiring Araceli.
