RecommendedAble to set appointments to accommodate my crazy schedule. Patient yet persistent in helping find a solid way forward that works for my actual real life lifestyle. It is nice to have the support and accountability that Katy provides through this journey. And insurance covering it makes it that much easier.
Terrible! As a business owner, if I have a scheduled appointment with someone, I am there on time! time, if not even a little early! From the rude, snide remarks of their downstairs receptionist, to the lack of access from the main road, to the fact there was no one there for my appointment, I would absolutely NOT recommend Optimal RD. Maybe they should realize people’s time is as important as their own!
