As a landlord I was comprehensively disappointed with Optimal property management. If you are inclined to do business with them, I wish you luck. For your own reference you should insist on meeting them at their office (which is a UPS store mailbox). Hopefully you don’t have to reach them as they are hard reach. I have begun to wonder if their other reviews are actually legitimate or not, due to the level of disappointment at their lack of good service. If you do fire them, I wish you luck getting a final statement.
We have been very happy with Mark and Nancy for our property management needs. They found great tenants for us very quickly. They are always very quick to get back to us and have helped us get the hang of being new landlords. Thanks!
From my experience with a number of providers over the year, I would never use another property manager at this stage of the game, as I've been more than satisfied with all my interactions with Optimal.
