Sarah has been working with my son for 4 years (we moved with her when she opened OP). He has Cerebral Palsy and "should" be in a wheel chair. She has worked very hard to make therapy fun yet challenging, just a little more than what he can do. She has helped him reach goals that HE makes, such as climbing a vertical ladder because he wanted to climb the bunk bed. A fantastic therapist.
I’ve been seeing Lori after my rotator cuff repair, and she is awesome! She always explains what I need to do (and not do!) and makes sure I understand completely. She knows how much to push me and when I’ve done enough. I figured PT would be miserable after surgery, but I actually enjoy going!
Lori and Sara always made my son feel like he was family even while pushing him through the pain. I have complete peace and confidence knowing he was in the right hands. Lori handled that boy (and others) like a champ! 💪 Thank you ladies for getting my boy back at it!!
Great place!! Lori and Sara love their patients and their patients love them back double!!!! And they are so smart!!
I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Lori is a very detailed PT, she explains each procedure and how it works. I am recommending anyone that is need of a physical therapist, go to Optimal Performance. You will not be disappointed. You will enjoy her bubbly personality. She shows genuine care and concern for her patients.
I could not be happier with this place!!!! Sara Norval truly cares about her patients and their families as a whole, and goes above and beyond her job description to help in any way possible!!
