The whole team there is great. Ashely in particular was fantastic and helped me get over my lower back and hip pain. I would absolutely recommend OPPT to anyone.
I met with Ashley at OPPT for a series of appointments to improve motion and discomfort in my shoulder. Ashley was a kind, caring and very knowledgeable therapist. It was a pleasure meeting Ashley and thankful for her therapy and the at home exercises she taught me. I would highly recommend OPPT.

From the very first appointment, I was impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and personalized approach to treatment. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the plan for rehabilitation in a clear and understandable way. He consistently adjusted the treatment based on my progress, ensuring that I was comfortable but still challenged enough to make improvements. Jacob and the OPPT team are great to work with.
