Amazing experience with top-notch therapy. I now have hope that my range of motion will return to normal or near it. Couldn't be happier!
All the physical therapists here are very good. Jacob, the owner is the best! He really took the time to evaluate what's going on with my knee and causing the pain in my leg. He showed me helpful exercises, and was really good at correcting me when needed.
Ashley and Gina are amazing! Patient, caring, funny! Although I've only worked with these 2, the whole team is great. They all work together to create a welcoming, friendly and supportive atmosphere. They have been very committed to my care and returning me to a high level of activity following my accident. I highly recommend OPPT.
I had a wonderful experience at Optimal Performance and Physical Therapy! Their team of therapists is top notch and I cannot recommend them enough. Ashley, Mitch, and Gina were all incredible to work with. They are knowledgeable, caring, and personable. And my foot is feeling better!!
I definetly recommend this place, great staff, very knowledgeable and skilled, they have great equipment to help you rehabilitate.
