After my visit to the STAR Lab, which included leg compression, BioMax red light therapy, and time in the infrared sauna, I noticed significant improvements. I had a massage from Megan and it was fantastic. She had great intuition about what areas I really needed focus on and took her time to treat those areas. Her pressure was perfect. She used a more firm pressure when needed and less when it wasn’t needed without me telling her. I look forward to many more sessions with Megan!
