I had an amazing massage at Optimal Performance Massage and Bodywork with Sierra. She was incredibly attentive—she listened to my concerns and tailored the session to exactly what I needed. Her pressure and technique were spot on, and she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and so much better.
