I completely agree with Amanda Monroe and her review. Same experience. Them being a health care provider, they really need to follow up with patient care and communicate. I have left several messages with no response only for the receptionist to tell me I called too early. And if we call and leave a message, why aren’t they calling us back or following up?? We pay a pretty penny for the hormone therapy being charged and not having it for 6 weeks is not right and puts you back at square one. Of all the people they should know... read more
Pretty disappointed in the lack of communication. The relationship started out so good but has really gone down hill. I ordered a very expensive medicine over a month ago I called in to see where it was and they still hadn’t shipped it. Karen was supposed to call me back and never did. I had to call back into find out where it was and she tells me they had to switch pharmacies and now it won’t be here til the 18th.
