James is excellent at his job and doesn't rest until the client is satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who might need this kind of help.
This is the worst Home Health Care. Provider doesn't show up and they don't call in to let anyone know. If I don't call the office to find out where is the provider they have no idea that person didn't show up! They have no rules or providers do what ever when Ms Sandra ran this place I never had a problem she was on top of everything. James has no idea how to run this place. They never have anybody to send when your provider doesn't come to work and that is offen,horrible my husband is homebound and I work I have to come ho... read more
I CANNOT get help as promised. David NEVER calls you back , and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone on the weekend if you have a problem with their caregiver not showing up- you are Out of Luck!! Very Disappointing!!!
