Nice people! Made my first MRI a breeze!
The technician didn’t send the images to another location for further testing. I waited for 90 mins at my Akumin appointment and I was told that they are still waiting for Optimal to provided the images. I took my car and showed at the Optimal to send the images at Akumin asap! No one is answering the phone at Optimal to send the images!! Terrible situation. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
Right knee without dye MRI should have cost $780 (stand alone clinic) but they charged me $3000. It’s a stand alone clinic but they insist it’s “attached” to Ascension/St vincent’s hospital in Riverside.
