This company didn’t care about the patient and the family members’ feeling. The company just want make more money from the patient and keep the patient in pain and suffer as long as they can. The family members want talk to the Doctor Deepak from hospice but after 4 days, we never received his response. The nurse Crystal is not honest, she told the family member that she was giving morphine every 4 hours to keep patience pain free, but they only give twice a day and after 9 days the patient was responding, wanted to eat and ... read more

The Optimal nurses and staff were phenomenal. When I first called, the person who I talked to was so kind and understanding as I told about my mother's condition. All the nurses, the social worker and Hospice aide did a fantastic job in the care of my mother in the week that they were serving and caring for my mother's last week of her life. I recommend them with high regard.

I could not have kept my husband home if I didn’t have the help of the nurses and aids from Optimal Hospice. They always alerted me as to when they would come, always checked if it was convenient for me, always showed loving care& compassion to my husband. They were there if I needed them , and I was relieved that someone would answer the phone and give help when I needed it .... either on the phone, or as soon as they could whether it was day or night!
