We can highly recommend the service Jack offered. We saw him in our home, but he had all the equipment necessary. As we had recently moved to Australia from the UK with no records of previous treatment, we were pleasantly surprised that he was able to track our last hearing test, which was over 18 months ago. In all, his professionalism, easygoing but respectful manner gave us confidence that we will definitely continue to use his services.
I recently acquired my first set of hearing aids from Optimal hearing. Jack, the audiologist, displayed a warm, caring and friendly approach and he made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Jack did a thorough review and comprehensive test and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice. This was all done at my aged care facility which meant no traveling. I would recommend Jack to anyone who needs the services of an audiologist for hearing aids or any other requirements.

Jack was thorough and honest about my not needing to have any wax removed as their was little to no problem in that regard and so after a full hearing test noted my hearing was the issue. Explained what could be done and left it to me to decide what action to take if any considering my age and lung issues. No sales pressure and sound advice. That is rare and welcome. Highly recommend his services.
