While discovering I needed hearing aids was not the greatest news, I can state with absolute confidence that my overall experience with Dr. Summer Heard was wonderful. She is super friendly, thorough, and compassionate. Moreover, she has been extremely helpful in helping me find the best financing fit for my budget. I will be recommending Dr. Heard to everyone in my circle and I’m looking forward to better hearing in the near future with Dr. Heard’s help.
Summer is the absolute best! She went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my tinnitus issue. She was easy to get in touch with and also reached out to me several times to see how I was adjusting. She is not only a great audiologist She is also a wonderful person! There are only 5 stars available here but she absolutely deserves 10! I suggest anyone with hearing issues to contact her at Optimal hearing. I could not ask for a better experience!
Dr Heard is working with me to get be hearing again :). It's definitely not commonplace to have someone work with you much after they get the money, at least from my personal experience. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
Dr. Heard is so nice. She brightens everyone's day. She is very helpful. She answers any questions and does what she can to help.
