I can only say that in our experience with Martha at Hearing Life, we have gained a new and dear friend. Her level of patience, effort, and encouragement cannot be overstated! Courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.
I had a wonderful visit. It turns out I needed some earcleaning prior to an evaluation for wax buildup and they did a wonderful job teaching me and being patient and I’ll go back and see them now once I’ve got some buildup cleared. I was very very impressed.
They go above and beyond customer service. I love them
