I found Colene Smith from a friend (I had seen her in another practice for years before) and so grateful to have reconnected with her to assist in my HRT journey. I feel heard and seen at Optimal Health & Wellness Center. Colene listens to my concerns and we work together on solutions until I feel like myself again. Colene has me feeling human again and assured me my symptoms were not in my head. She has helped me regulate my hormones with BHRT and helped optimize my thyroid as well. I am grateful to be aging with optimal health!

I cannot say enough great things about Colene and her practice. I reached out because I was not getting the answers that I was searching for from my OB with HRT and perimenopause symptoms. I felt unheard and dismissed. Colene was open to hearing my concerns and offered me different options. I have felt much better am sleeping much better and overall excited that I was provided alternatives by someone who was willing to listen.
