I feel heard and seen at Optimal Health & Wellness Center. Colene listens to my concerns and we work together on solutions until I feel like myself again. Colene has me feeling human again and assured me my symptoms were not in my head. She has helped me regulate my hormones with BHRT and helped optimize my thyroid as well.
