Dr. Sara and the Optimal Health and Wellness team are my Naturopathic earth angels. I am an avid runner, had arthroscopic surgery and after 5 months I still wasn't able to get my knee to feel quite right. I had a PRP injection at Optimal and 3 -4 weeks my started to feel normal again. At six weeks, I ran a half marathon without any knee issues! I have been running since. I would look into the BEFORE surgery. Great staff, definitely would recommend!
