Got a Groupon, went in and couldn't get IPL due to getting botox. Wish they would have asked prior to appointment. Wanted to get hair removal done but couldn't do that instead. Been trying to call and reschedule and have had zero success. Don't waste your time and money. Doubt I will ever get the treatments I paid for.
The worst front desk administers alive. It’s almost funny how rude and terrible they are at simply making appointments for when the clinic is open but they couldn’t even manage that. For one of my appointments that was scheduled for a time the clinic was closed the woman told me I needed to be flexible when I called to reschedule. Best of luck to anyone else to attempts the endeavor.
Purchased 2 coupons for med laser. Made an appt for a Brazilian laser, but when arrived was informed the Dr/tech does not do Brazilian lasers only bikini. I called and left numerous voicemails for two months for a 2nd appt, and was unsuccessful. Left several voicemails and no call backs. Last wk of Sept they answered, placed me on hold for 20 min, set an appt for Oct 5 and when I arrived the clinic was closed. I called twice and no answer. I purchased the IPL. The treatment was ok. The problem was the receptionist is incredibly rude. Due to their problems with the laser Ihad to reschedule my appointment and they have no availability. Also the receptionist called me to res3 by mistake , and when she realized she made a mistake , she said hanging up now and hung up the phone . I decided Id rather take the loss on my other 2 IPL's then deal with that rude receptionist again.
Found this spot via Groupon for 3 IPL treatments. Super professional, great doctor, and assistant. Also, it's a very comfortable environment. They don't try to upset you etc.
