FNP Jeremy Cathey is great, his office staff, not so much. It seems to me that Optimal Health of Southern Oregon could really thrive in Grants Pass if they had quality people running their office. Loosing Ray Millette of Millette Family Medicine was a huge loss to the community and it would be nice if Optimal Health of Southern Oregon, who took over his patients was a comparable place.
Jeremy Cathey is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the office staff is very very unprofessional. The 17 yr old front desk girl "cannot answer phones and check in patients at the same time" so instead shuts off the phone. Medical assistant who admittedly got fired because of her imcompitence, lost my referral twice, then sent it to Roseburg instead of a office locally.Its been a month, still waiting. Dr. Heidinger genuinely cares about his patients, he is a wealth of knowledge and really takes the time to listen! He is a good man and a good doctor! Highly recommend :)
