If you’re reading reviews because you’re in pain and you need help, you’ve found the right place. When I walked in Optimal Health I hadn’t been able to sit in 2 months because my back hurt so bad and I was taking almost 20 pills daily to manage the pain. I tried 3 months of physical therapy, a trigger injection, 2 rounds of oral steroids, muscle relaxers, anti inflammatory meds, pain meds, literally EVERYTHING.
