Dr. Kevin is great! I went in for chronic headaches that have resolved and I am now seeing him for on-going care. They are very easy to schedule with, the office is clean, and you are in your own private room for adjustments. Being in a private room instead of an open area, like other places in town, is very nice so your health and adjustments aren't overheard and seen by others. Much more comfortable!
Dr Holmen has been great to work with over the past couple years now. He always has a smile and he takes the time to listen and offer suggestions on exercises to help stretch and gain better mobility.
Living in the country there is always yard work and upkeep of the grounds especially in the spring and fall. I use to rely on meds to get me through those tough days. Since I have been going to Optimal Health Chiropractic I have drastically reduced my reliance on them. Which I feel is helping out my kidneys and other organs. Kevin Holman is very professional and very knowledgeable in this field. He has been great at explaining and guiding me through my wellness journey.
