Shyma is very caring and listens to all your concerns. I came for a post op massage and she was able to give me advice on how to prevent complications. Will be coming back for more services.
Shyma has completely help me change my health for the better. Almost 3 years ago I went to her with a multitude of issues with my health. She made tackling my obstacles realistic. First plan was to get me out of a dangerous health zone and then to slowly improve myself. She did not just talk the talk, she walked the walk by leading with her own example. My cholesterol, BP, & sugar are all normal and I have lost around 50 lbs. 100% recommend Optimal Healing Center!
