AVOID! - We had our back fence installed by Optimal Fencing, there are gaps in the timber planks and about 15+ mis-fired nails which took chunks out of the timber. Called and messaged Optimal Fencing who said they would come and fix it and it's been months and now not returning my calls. Full payment taken but no responsibility taken or attempt to fix the issues.
Our neighbours organised this company to put up a fence as they had started building, first of all there was no mention of a gate in any emails, texts or calls as we are strapped for money and wanted to wait for that. Unfortunately they put in a gate anyway and we had to $500 for it and I felt like we couldnt asked them to undo it because they had drilled into the brickwork.
