Worst customer service l, very rude customer service. I made an appointment for my daughter for March 25 at 11 AM and someone mistakenly put it in the system for February marked me as no-show and dismissed. Dr. Thunga charged a lot of money to do the crowns that she improperly picked. I had to get my tooth corrected and redo the crown again. I referred so many customers from Russian and Uzbek speaking community and I regret that I did that worst place to get a dental care ever

Worst Dr ever dnt go there they if you have insurance they pull your teeth that can be fixed just to get the insurance money this Dr ruined my teeth. And my mother's teeth dnt go to this dentist

Great place. I’ve been going for years. At the request of a friend I tried another dentist for a cleaning and let’s just say I immediately came back to Optimal Family Dental. These guys are honest and professional and I’ll never cheat on them again. 🤣

Had went here for years and had numerous procedures done, all of a sudden I called and was told I was dismissed from the practice in 2021 for too many missed appointments, which I know is untrue because of the many procedures her office has done. Prior to that I was told her office was not accepting new patients.
