Dr Rhea is great. But ... timelime of getting my new glasses has been way less than desirable. I have VSP insurance in which supposed to be a really good policy. So why did I not get them as promised? Got told at here is only one lab they use. Got told is is the holidays. Got told lab had to re do them and would be in, in 2 days... hmmm that is odd. Could not get in 7 to 10 days... but office got them in 2 days the second go around. And now the office closes early ... very dissatisfied with this part of the services!
Unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful staff and Dr. Rhea is the best optometrist I've ever been to. After years of problems with contacts Dr. Rhea and his team found options that work for me. The store is well-organized and conveniently located. Thanks to everyone at Optimal for an outstanding experience!
Went to pick up new glasses, wasn't to my fit as display frames, one of the employees tried to adjust. Put them back on and had shiny blue in each bottom corner. She said they come that way and when I said couldn't wear with blue in my eyes she got up very rudely and said we'll order you green, have a good day. Damn lady don't get mad, oh I'm not, have a good day. Don't think I'll be going back.

I absolutely love Dr. Rhea! I've gone to him for about 7 years for my glasses and contact lenses. His staff is always helpful and friendly, and they always make my experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. He is definitely the best Optometrist in the area!
