Dr Polly and the team at Optimal dental are amazing. Highly recommend. Worth travelling across town for their brilliant service and exceptional work!
Years on I am still a patient at Optimal Dental Care. I can't recommend Polly enough. I don't know many other surgeries that give a discount to make sure you can use any private insurance and not get hit hard in the pocket. For years I was told that the stains on my teeth were permanent. I have been paying a $60 gap at my other dentist on the lowest level of BUPA insurance. Cleanings were often painful. Harassed by the owner after his own admission that his inadequate staff weren’t processing private health claims over 2 years ago. I’ve been back and given my private health card to them (him, the owner who told me he’s taken over due to staffing errors) and he still couldn’t process the code from an appointment 12 months prior. I have never left that practice without giving my private health card and paying the gap. The owner refuses to acknowledge this and continues to tell me 2 years later I have an unpaid account! Dr Polly looked after my son after an elbow to the mouth at basketball tonight. She is without doubt the most kind and caring dentist I have ever come across. Thank you to all the staff for your emergency care and compassion under such stressful circumstances. We have definitely found our new dentist ☺️
My family and I have been coming to this clinic for more than 8 years and I can't speak highly enough of the service we all enjoy. From the moment we arrive to the moment we leave, we are always put at ease, as four out of my five family members aren't the fondest of Dentists, even though their experiences are always positive. Maybe it's my scary stories of my Dentists experiences when growing up in Bolivia.
