These guys have been nothing but understanding toward me. I had to cancel the last few times as I have lost someone close to me and was dealing with grief and lack of money. The last 3 times I did manage to go they were great….I mean great in a will wait for you if you are panicking war great. Life happens and not everyone is always doing well. Years on I am still a patient at Optimal Dental Care. I can't recommend Polly enough. I don't know many other surgeries that give a discount to make sure you can use any private insurance and not get hit hard in the pocket. For years I was told that the stains on my teeth were permanent. I have been paying a $60 gap at my other dentist on the lowest level of BUPA insurance. Cleanings were often painful.
