Optimal care physical therapy Is awsome. I have been attending optimal care for the last 2 weeks. Iam getting my arm and schoulder worked on due to a past surgery on my rotator cuff and torn Librium. Everytime I leave after every appoinment I feel awsome and confident because of optimal care staff that show me there expertise and positive energy during every visite my arm and schoulder is almost fully restored. My second time through. Tricia is working out my back issue, so far so good . Cured my pinched nerve in my neck. I highly recommend . Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Had a great experience having been treated for a long-lingering back issue. I was quickly diagnosed- and put into a treatment regiment. I was so impressed as I was treated with four or five different physio technics from heat, stretch, electric stim and strength exercises. I felt like I was back in the physical trainers office back in college football days. Trisha and staff are top shelf in healing people and I would highly recommend anyone to go see them for an evaluation- 100% you will feel better on your way out!!
