In my opinion, the level of service provided by this therapy practice was disappointing. While I understand that every patient’s experience may be different, my observations as someone involved in the care of a patient left me concerned about the overall quality of care being provided. I felt there was a lack of attentiveness and genuine concern for the patient’s well-being. Can't say enough good things about Jen, Meghan, and everyone else here. They're so warm and caring. Everyone has been wonderful with my partner's care. They are also the only provider in the state willing to accept Medicaid reimbursement for the medication my partner needs and receives here which most clinics don't offer at all.

I come here on a weekly basis and the lovely people at OBHS are always warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Jen is the most precious individual and will brighten your day and Meghan is a trustworthy, considerate, and a deeply concerned advocate. I think everyone should come here and I recommend them all the time.
