As a 1st time user of inflammation peptides, I was not aware of the critical time the peptide needed to be refrigerated. I called customer support and spoke with Joy. She was very helpful and reached out to her manager Kristie who offered to send another supply to me FED EX overnight free of charge!! What amazing Customer Service!! Will defintely use them again as well as tell my friends about how amazing their support is!!
