I was distressed that my order had been misrouted by the carrier causing my order to arrive late and hot. I called the pharmacy and reached Sam who arranged to get a refund of my shipping charge along with a new shipment of my medicine to arrive the following day. What a great employee!!!!

I called Optimal pharmacy this morning to try to get my prescription refilled today as I have been waiting since last week. I talked to one person and waited for the pay link and nothing.
