I called Optimal pharmacy this morning to try to get my prescription refilled today as I have been waiting since last week. I talked to one person and waited for the pay link and nothing. I called back and talked to Joy and she followed through and my prescription is being mailed out today. Thank you Joy for taking care of this for me.
