Doug recently came out to my parents’ house to perform a heating maintenance, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I used to work in the trades myself, which I didn’t tell Doug at first, and have some HVAC knowledge, so I really appreciate when a technician knows their stuff—and Doug absolutely does. On 10/21/25, Optimal Air Solutions LLC's technician, Jacob Settle, installed an RGF Environmental Group, Inc.'s HALO-LED In-duct Air Purification System in my house. Excellent customer service, and a very knowledgeable and professional technician, as usual. I highly recommend Optimal Air. They are TOP NOTCH, and also have installed my Trane HVAC system, and my AprilAire media filter. All of these components work together perfectly.
