Top notch service! Great communication and was able to accommodate for scheduling. Excellent AC and furnace installation.
Amy was great! Super quick to respond and was able to get me on the schedule same day after my AC stopped working. Jim, came out and was very thorough on the testing he was doing on the unit and all possible issue. He was patient with all of my questions and he was very honest in his recommendations. He was able to get our 30-year-old unit up and running for the time being until we can get a replacement in. I would highly recommend their service and professionalism.
We just had out Optimal Air Heating & Air Conditioning and they were fantastic! They responded right away. Arrived on time. Quoted exactly what they charged us, on top of the repair/part being the best price we have ever paid to fix our a/c! — highly recommend! :)
