I own several rental properties and use Optimal AC often. Always great service and fair prices. Highly recommended!!!
My heater stopped working correctly so I called and they sent someone out within a couple of hours! So quick! Then they changed all my filters just because they needed to be changed! And then Anthony assessed the problem and determined it was a hose that had gotten chewed through by a mouse! I called pest control as he replaced the hose, as he had a spare in his van, and now everything is working beautifully again! I still have not wavered. I strongly recommend Optimal Air for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!
