Amy was great in communicating with me as I worked to get someone out to look at my AC unit that was not cooling. Anthony was able to come out earlier than expected. Determined the potential issues and gave me most cost effective way to approach getting our AC working. Keeping my fingers crossed things last for a while. Highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Once again, Optimal was the go-to for hearing/cooling problems. My heater wasn’t turning on or staying on properly and they were able to come out same day and assess. Turned out to just be a filter issue but they still did a thorough check on the furnace to make sure everything was in good shape. Anthony was awesome, worked quickly, and gave me a detailed rundown when he was finished. A+ service as always!
