It appears that this building permits scammers to reside on the property. My personal information was used without my consent to obtain residency at this address. When I contacted management, I was met with unprofessional conduct, including a staff member hanging up on me after I asked who I was speaking with. This behavior raises serious concerns about management’s oversight, tenant verification practices, and overall professionalism. Noted

I have stayed here since 2010 The best thing about this building is the indoor pool, the bad neighbors really out weigh the good ones, you have too be careful when having your food delivered people will tell you they can't come upstairs to drop off your food but when it's left in the lobby they steal it. I have had notes left on my car telling mi it needs to be scrapped, and I've have my car hit inside the garage without so much as a note. This building is way too pricey to be poorly designed their is always some type of leak from the apartments to the garage and you will be charged for their poor design, some ppl here are very nice and others are very much Karen's who don't know how too mind their business.
