If I could go lower than 1 star I would. We were forced to use them as the buyer of our house was forced to use them. First, they were slow in getting an appraiser out to do an appraisal, which pushed back the closing a week. Then the day of closing at 830 on a Friday, we were scheduled to sign at 11 am, and they finally sent us all the closing financial documents for review. These documents contained numerous errors.
