Optima has had a huge turnaround since moving to the Pima location. Efficiency and respect are provided, always.
My normal provider is Lirio Miller but she is on maternity leave. Since she has been off I got a case of shingles. It has been horrible. I have been into Optimal I think four times in the last month. Each time I have been treated with kindness and knowledgeable providers! I am very happy with everyone who works there and especially the three different providers I have seen the last month. Thank you thank you thank you!

Ms G Goodin is thorough, thoughtful and a great listener. I appreciate her ability to hear me about my body and believe me. Unfortunately, many practitioners think they know better than I when my body is concerned. Ms. Goodin provides information and education as well that is beneficial.
