Great facilit, very professional staff and I enjoy the time they take to understand your needs. I love the in house testing, Johnathan was great and attentive.
Maddie is an awesome healthcare provider. She always takes time and listens to me. She answers questions and is very knowledgeable about health. She has a great bedside manner! She is smart and has a great personality! What more could you want?
Optima Medical used to be an amazing doctor’s office. Since Optima Medical has taken over the office in Queen Creek has gone from a solid 5 to in my opinion a zero. It’s a meet market no customer care no care fore the patient just get them in and get them out. I left in 2023 but every month I get a new bill from them. Their billing department is rude and incompetent. How do you get a bill 2 years after you receive service especially when they have confirmed you will not get another bill. Had my 6 month follow up with Madison. It went well, I needed help with medications and she was able to assist me! Madison’s assistant and the rest of the staff at Optima are thorough and respectful!
The staff were very helpful and nice! The PA, Melissa Kowalski, took the time to talk to me regarding my concerns. 😊
