Worst customer service they never answer the phones even to make an appointment you have to go to the office to get someone to answer any question. They used to be good but now their cust service has declined so much they can care less if you have an emergency.
Dr. Pierrend has been my Primary Care Physician for over six years. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to understand and treat me as a person, not just a patient. Ms. Lori Walker, who is also on staff, is such an amazing member of the Optima Medical Care Team. A master customer service guru, her help in setting up appointments, to making sure my medical records are properly transferred both in and out are true “gold standard” benefits. Mason Ross PA is awesome! I am a long time patient of Dr. Arpino I was hesitant to schedule with this new PA, but he is very smart. He takes his time with you and he remembers what happened on your last visit and asks you about it.
Dr Ross was very thorough, the staff was friendly and the wait time was amazing.
