Dr. Pierrend was recommended by a friend of mine so I reached out to set up an appointment and called his office in Peoria. The line was busy so instead everything was set up via text with his office Optima Medical. I've had the worst experience setting up an appointment with the staff there. They are completely unprofessional and dont take accountability for their mistakes. I understand times get busy but communicating with patients should always be a priority.
