The North Tucson location has some of the most caring and helpful staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by. That was true when I started at Mendoza medical, and remained true after becoming Optima. From finding the right medication for me to being experts with needles (seriously I’m afraid of them and I barely feel the shots I get there) I can’t recommend these folks highly enough!
