Had to change primary doctor as a result of Insurance. I found Lyndsay Hafferty and she has been the best. She doesn’t fool around. She gets you the help you need, like right away. She is my kind of doctor. I am so thankful to her for finding my blood disease and getting me to a fantastic hematologist. Optima is a great place to land for good health!!!!!
Had my elderly father’s first visit with Erin McDonough NP today. We were called early by the medical assistant. The phlebotomist was quick and able to draw blood first try. Erin came in on time, was engaging, made eye contact, thorough, smiling, positive and proactive in getting blood work and scheduling appointments as needed. My medical assistant was nice, she was very through with her questions, and listened carefully to my responses as to input the correct information. Erin McDonough FNP, is always so nice, and pleasant. At the end of our visit, I explained to that the last time someone took my blood, it didnt go so well. Erin ensured me that their staff phlebotomists are the best. My blood was taken with no issues nor pain. The phlebotomist was also nice and performed her job well!
As a new patient, we had a great experience. The office was very clean, the front desk staff and nurse were friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was kind, professional, and made my daughter feel comfortable. The visit went smoothly, and we’re happy to have found a great new physician for our family.
