I have been a patient of Dr. Aghenta before he joined this practice and NEVER had a problem reaching his office for an appointment or other concern. Since he has joined Optima Medical in Downtown Gilbert I have had nothing but problems with appointments being cancelled, getting prescription refills and communicating with my doctor. Today i went to the DR. to get help for my over powering cramping sensation that I have the last two past nights and instead of getting the help I was totally humiliation getting that my pain was from me being over weight and I do not think that"s causing my cramping. I have been a patient at Cottonwood Family Practice since I was a child. Ever since they moved to the Cottonwood Medical Clinic Family Practice in Murray the level of care has gone down and the experience is overall extremely unsatisfactory. Despite moving to a new building, the organization/facility itself is still extremely antiquated and does not operate at all like their updated competitors.
