12/12/24 saw Jessica Oliver on the 12th she's great and very thorough
Editing review just so you know this place is still a revolving door for providers. Will be going in for third appointment in a year and will be a different provider for the third time. No patient provider rapport building here. Otherwise you'll be able to get in to see someone in a reasonable time. Tried to get refill for script doctor approved 2 1/2 months ago, called and the doctor is now no longer in office so they won't approve without seeing another doctor. The people at the Casa Grande facility of Optima Medical are considerate, courteous and professional. I appreciate their efficiency and attention to detail.
Almost right on time for my schedule appointment only a couple of minutes late which in almost impossible for normal doctors visit I have to give a 5 stars rating on this. My NP Carolyn Schooly is as usual very caring and knowledgeable explain in detail about my report. Wish there's more of this kind of professionalism people in this world. Optima is my only clinic that I refer to my friends too bad that Carolyn doesn't take anymore patient
