The technicians they send out are third party and all they can do is call the offshore customer service line. The customer service line has a script and they do not allow you to work with any of their IT support. We enjoyed touring Ellison Mallard Creek for our son. Really like all the amenities they offer. The tour guide Sydney was very polite, provided information we needed, ready to answer all of our questions. Really like the look of Mallard and floor plan options.
We stayed at Ellison Mallard Creek for over a year, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It has been our favorite community so far!
