If you’re reading this- RUN. I moved out of this complex on January 21, 2026 and in accordance with NC law, my security deposit should’ve been returned to me by now. I’ve followed up via email and called several times only to be ghosted. Through the turn over of several incompetent property managers, I’ve attached their admission of fault here. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Austin was amazing! He was very involved, professional and one of the best apartment tour guides anyone could ask for. Every single one of my questions were answered. It seems like there was nothing he didn’t know about the property. As far as the property, it was very clean, smelled amazing, amenities were immaculate and the people living there seem friendly. Overall, I would recommend visiting.
Someone please tell me what scent yall use in the hallways! Always smelled nice. We have a wonderful living experience!
