We moved into the 4th floor of this apartment four months ago, and one of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the elevator. However, the elevator has been out of service for a month and a half now, and there’s still no sign of it being fixed. While management is quick to resolve small issues like door repairs or minor amenity fixes, when it comes to something as essential as an elevator, they have been completely unresponsive.
