Rob was very friendly, extremely thorough and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we initially were nervous about the inspection but he answered all of our questions, clearly explained to us things about our house that were important to know, and was very timely and professional. He even mentioned we will be getting email reminders in the future for things like cleaning our gutters and other maintenance - which is super helpful.
