I had a shampoo, styled and haircut with Dawn and she's wonderful. She listens to what you want and is very pleasant and sociable to deal with. Also terrific prices. I also have other friends that go to her for perms and she does an excellent job.
Very disappointing. When I scheduled my appointment whomever took the appointment didn’t even ask for my number or say who the stylist would be. I told her that I wanted to blend my gray with highlights. She immediately told me they do not do gray highlights. That wasn’t what I wanted in the first place. When I went in the stylist, she was not skilled in anything except perms and old lady haircuts which is what I saw when I was there.
