A Very Disappointing Medical Experience I suddenly developed persistent pain and swelling on the top of my right foot. After a week with no improvement, I searched online and found a podiatry clinic called Optima Foot Clinic. The clinic had excellent five-star reviews and was conveniently located in Richmond Hill, close to my home, so I decided to give it a try. Chiropodist-Emma was extremely professional, did a fantastic job. Very courteous and completed the procedure in a very timely manner. Very thorough with the procedure and explained every process that were completed.
Very thorough analysis and gave solutions to issues I was facing. Also gave helpful answers to any questions I have asked.
The environment was very unprofessional, I was treated with a standoffish tone upon arriving and did not feel welcome. Even when I showed up and waited for my appointment, she charged me $20 upon my request to cancel the treatment claiming that I “missed” my appointment.
